LIQUIDARMOR CM flashing and sealant from Dow Building Solutions is an alternative to flashing tape. This acrylic latex-based liquid flashing can be used on fenestrations and board joints for air leakage and moisture control. The sealant can be used in place of tape, sill pan, and flexible or straight flashing for window detailing and offers the possibility for multi-substrate use in foam boards, wood, steel studs, CMU, and wraps. The low VOC formula allows for indoor spraying without special ventilation requirements.
